WebFirst off you cannot overclock your graphics card or RAM. Your processor maybe with a lot of work. That I know of there's no "real" way to overclock it thanks to Apple. Plus Apple sets the components at speeds that meet Energy Star rating and so the cooling system in your iMac can cool the system properly.
